Thank you for the way you have influenced my way of thinking and functioning. Nutrition and proper exercise play a crucial role. I really like your program, especially the fact that we almost never do the same exercises. I like that I have lost 11 kilos in two months. I had not run for 20 years, and within two months I am now able to play football for one hour. I never liked training inside four walls, which is why I turned to cycling, at a very high cost for that period. Perhaps because no gym trainer ever really supervised me or showed me how to perform exercises correctly. Maybe because I spent an hour doing abs and treadmill work for weight loss—pure monotony. I would get home exhausted and wonder how I would manage to go again next time. Now, however, things are different. My shoulder does not bother me, and I genuinely enjoy it. I feel both physical and mental well-being after every training session, I look forward to the next one, and most importantly, early signs of fatigue were immediately noticed and the program was adjusted accordingly.

The last five months have changed my way of thinking and, in general, my way of life. I never believed that nutrition played such an important role, and yet I learned it. The goal is not to show off arms and defined abs at the beach. Speaking personally, I would like to say thank you because after five difficult months, we managed to stop my knees from “burning.” I can work eight hours a day without wearing a knee brace. And once this major issue for me improved, we moved forward with shaping my body through correct and steady steps. I am really looking forward to what comes next.

My experience may sound unbelievable. My life, my psychology, and my body have changed radically. The reason I started was that a health issue I had dealt with in the past resurfaced. My immune system could not handle it, and my mental state was very low. The encouragement, motivation, and mental exercises you suggested, combined with training and nutrition tailored specifically to me, saved me from another surgery. My medical tests came back clear. I feel very well, I have lost approximately twenty kilos, and I want to say a huge thank you. And most importantly, whenever I faced a health issue, you always correctly referred me to the appropriate medical specialist.

I was very hesitant at first. Everyone told me not to do anything, that “this is how it is,” while you were saying the exact opposite. I did not expect to improve. I do not want to mention my condition, but it had completely altered my posture, and I could not walk while looking straight ahead. For the first time in 15 years, I can look at people while walking. The responsibility with which you approach me is unique. Your knowledge is excellent. You taught me how to train properly on my own, and this became evident in how I handle my body and in my progress. I give top marks in everything.

I would like to thank you for your invaluable help in my effort to improve my physical condition. With respect, kindness, constant attention, and patience, you guided me through my training programs, while also providing information on how I could improve and adopt a healthier lifestyle—from nutrition and movement to habits and even a change in mindset. By following your guidance and advice, I noticed changes in my body almost immediately. Changes related to my weight, my musculoskeletal system, and better overall posture. I reached a point where my pain was reduced to a minimum. Once again, thank you, my now good friend, and I look forward to resuming my training after my seasonal work away from home.

(Lumbar kyphosis with extensive alteration of gait mechanics, especially during running). For the first time in my life, I have such solid foot contact with the ground. It is incredible that I can now run with a normal stride. I feel completely different compared to before. Until we started corrective exercise programs, I thought this was normal—that I could not sit properly, could not perform a squat, and most importantly, could not run normally. My lower back is now in the correct position, and I feel much better than before.

I started in order to change my body and my habits. For years I experienced pain in my back and spine. What I did not expect was the magnitude of the change. Kyphosis since childhood. I even wore a brace. And yet, my body changed with the right kind of training.

Multiple sclerosis. I started training to improve my balance and control of my legs. Not only do I now feel in control of my legs, but my self-confidence has increased and I can walk outside on my own. Mental confusion and blurred vision, which used to appear whenever I got tired, have also improved significantly. Fortunately, you noticed signs of a relapse through the exercises and referred me promptly to my doctor. You drive me crazy with balance, concentration, and stabilization programs—but I like it. I even practice at home with my wife… haha.

I work as a musician, which by nature requires long hours of sedentary work. In addition to daily evening performances, from early April to late October, I have an extremely heavy workload in hotels where I work, as well as morning hours in my studio. Seven years ago, I began working on a very demanding project to which I devoted all the strength I had left—mental and physical. Halfway through, my body started to fail me. My hands, my lower back, and many other issues began sending serious warning signals. Three years ago, after a major shock to my body and many discussions with Manos, I began systematic training based on a program designed specifically for my case and continuously adapted as I progressed. What I ultimately learned is that everything is connected to psychology—good or bad—to total load, and to whether you are willing to reorganize your life and daily habits so that you can monitor and understand what is happening in your body over time. I learned that if we do not monitor our bodies, and above all, if we do not learn how to “read” our bodies when they send us signals, it is impossible to improve both physical and mental health, which are directly linked to quality of life. These three years of working with Manos have not been just a training program. They have been a continuous seminar through which I learn more and more about this “known-unknown” called the body. I truly learned to read my body and its messages, to reflect on what I am doing wrong in my life, and to decode and improve any condition that arises from daily overload. I have rebuilt my life on a new foundation, and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done for my body—and not only that.

At the beginning, people criticized me. They told me I was doing something foolish and asked who told me to do all this. So I want to congratulate you, my friend Manos, for the training program you designed for me. At forty-four years old, my performance has improved dramatically. I never expected to go from an 80-kilo bench press to 130 kilos. Incredible. Now people wonder how I got there.
